Manual instructor review

Every instructor application is reviewed personally by our team. We verify certifications, check insurance, and approve each profile before it goes live. No automated approvals.

Verified certifications

Instructors must hold a recognized certification — RYT-200 or equivalent for yoga, or an accredited fitness certification. We check every document before approval.

Liability insurance required

All instructors must carry current professional liability insurance. This protects both you and your instructor in the unlikely event of an injury.

CPR & First Aid certified

Every instructor on our platform holds a current CPR and First Aid certification, so they're prepared to respond in any situation.

Secure payments

All transactions are processed by GoDaddy Payments, a PCI-compliant processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Consent & communication

Before your first session, you'll complete a brief consent form covering liability and hands-on contact. All session communication happens through our secure messaging system.

Our instructor review process

We don't use automated screening. Every application is read by a real person on our team.

Application submitted

Instructor completes their full profile including bio, specialties, and service area.

Document verification

We verify certifications, insurance documents, and CPR/First Aid credentials.

Team review

A member of our team reviews the full application and approves or requests more information.

Profile goes live

Approved instructors appear in search results and can start accepting bookings.
